Reasons Why One Should Not Use Contact Lenses
By admin | March 16, 2009
Introduction
Contact lenses have many good aspects to them and that is why they continue to grow more popular with each passing day. There are many aspects about contact lenses that are downsides however and for the most part people are unaware of these aspects. Weighing the good with the bad is an important part of making an informed decision in this regard and it is with that in mind that the following reasons why one should not use contact lenses are offered.
Poor Reactions
There are people that have had poor reactions to contact lenses in the past. In extreme cases, there are people that have actually had their eyes damaged more when part of the material within the contact reacted poorly to the biological tissues of their eyes. While such occurrences are quite extreme and quite rare, they do happen with contact lenses and of course never happen with glasses because the material never actually touches the eye.
There are other poor reactions that are less severe and more common with contact lenses, such as increased irritation. Contacts are placed in solution overnight to keep them clean in order to prevent this, but when the material is in direct contact with the eyeball, irritation can take place from the material that the contact is made of and not just any particles of dirt that might be on the face of the lens. Glasses once again do not have this problem as they never come into direct contact with a person’s eye.
Inconvenience
People like contact lenses because they think they look better in them. While that is a debatable point at best, what is not debatable is that contact lenses are an inherently less convenient device than glasses. The only convenience point that contact lenses have in their favor is that they are in a person’s eye and therefore it is impossible to forget them once they have been put in. However, it is possible to forget them before they are put in just as you would forget to take your glasses before leaving the house and additionally it is possible to forget to take them off before going to bed, something that can cause irritation and is practically unheard of with glasses.
Finally, if a person does not take their contact lens fluid with them when they leave, it compromises their ability to make snap decisions about staying late at a friend’s house as they need to return to their own abode in order to take care of contacts in a way that they would not need to do for glasses. Contact lenses ultimately reduce a person’s ability to choose far more than they enhance it.
Conclusion
When people actually sit down to objectively consider the good points and bad points regarding contact lenses, they realize that they are trading off a lot more than they are getting in regards to aspects like health, convenience, cost and many more. Depending on the person’s circumstance this might be a good trade, but for many people it turns out being a bad one. If you consider this before you decide to choose from glasses to contact lenses, you will be better off with the eventual choice that you make.

Sophisticated Neutrals For People Wearing Glasses Make Up
By admin | September 18, 2008
So, first we are going to start with a creamy eye-shadow color. Now I am using polished ivory pigment by MAC in a little pot. I am just getting eye-shadow brush, where was it? Okay, just to try this. Just over my eyelid, just clear amazing, neutral base with this first, #18 color, but its mostly mat what I am going to be using, mat kind of eye-shadow texture or you can also do as what you want, we are going to be doing shimmery eyeliner, so let’s hope it works. Just pull that off, someone coming in the rooms, no she hasn’t, well that’s first. You just apply that all over your eyelid, it get really got based on applying right across blended out, because you want this look very soft enough too much. Same on right side, I mean a little bit of pain here, well actually I am quite a lot of pain with my teeth, put before we do any of the venue else, we got to do this foundations and a hard and in fact start with and then I got a tooth taken out, which was absolutely killing. So that’s what happened at the moment. The dentist is being absolutely fantastic with this, but I feel like I am big boss, because all I have done is move something in pain, but it look like again 10 top teeth, the top teeth don’t, because the bottom once are fine.
Now, take a dark bound, you can either use deep brown pigment which is MAC 4, I don’t know what that is, I think its some kind of… its cheap, but I don’t if its MAC or not, have a look. No, it’s not MAC, I don’t what it is, but it has been part of it. I think I got it off my friend ages ago or you could use muff brown. Think we will have a go muff brown, because it’s nice. Let’s get tiny brush, so it will not cause you too much reflection with your eyeglasses. Take a little bit of that with the soft round brush, just gently blend into the upper outer corner working your way in, so anyway we have this interview with the journal and it went really well and we have actually doing at the dentist, because it was due to the fact we are… again my tooth done I think, that’s what the story was about and so that was fun. Except, I have just been in to get me tooth check, because I saw I was limping and it turns out had an infection where you have to remove the tooth. So, I was in lost busy clean to that, we could put some golden. I know it sounds disgusting, but while I was getting interviewed it couldn’t lose and I felt so embraced, so well it was really great start to the interview. How to get out it, there was all, but I know all this will work better in the end and it will come in handy towards the end.
Just still applying this to the upper corner, increase blended in and half way across, you don’t want to go up all the way, just getting it off. This is really so color, it now looks really dark in the jaw, looks really dark, but it is not. I put a lot on again that color it comes out very soft. I am just deep and increase… Now, I have been trying different things would come up. Trying the light, so it seems to work. Anyway now we are going to take a darker brown, which is that one there. Dip this either mix in medium water, Vaseline, I am just darkening on a wet wipe, each one, dip your little liner brush into the brown and just apply it to the upper corner of the eyelid. If you have trouble steadying the brush, put your little finger on our cheek and it relly does help, because I am not steady to put my liner on stuff on. Just doing that again, dip it in, much always better for eyeliner. Same on this side, color across.
Now, just what I get this even at this more than that. I am just waiting until everything so attract and give you bit more. So, I have got lot of things happening with my teeth, so I would be back in for what tell about it again. They now made me feel bad like home, I done this, which is just brilliant and also the help that they gave after case, you just don’t tell anywhere else, but I know why it happened so, I am over the mood, just trying to find a brush for this. Now, I got. I have actually took another paint brush up, because I ran out of brushes. I am using another one of these. I am taking some vanilla sugar by bare minerals, so I am going to apply that on anything my eyebrow, just to give a nice shimmer. I have got a brand new tip and I am really happy to share it. It was a product and I have been using this as a brush and I think it’s just adorable. It really is. I will show you, and the color couldn’t be better, I thought some… it’s got pink end, it’s got gold end and highlights everywhere where you wanted to.
Now, take a musk color, now we are going to use eyeliner from front , it’s by benefit and it’s the black eyeliner and I hope it works. So, let’s go for it, let’s not too thick. Do you know what, I am not actually happy with that, for being benefit you would expect better. It’s not as soft as I thought it would be, it’s quite hard. I mean its going on, maybe it is not warm enough, I don’t know, like the shades just do, because they need warmer, I am not sure to go on, because now I am more creamy, but this is not good. Never mind I got the eye brightener now was well. Now, I know for people who say they got like really tired eyes, it opens your eyes. Sure you can find it. Where I am going to put it, here it is… eye bright. I am just sure here it, I am not keen on it, I got to be honest, put on your bow line and this is going to make your eyes look more open and work. Now it does look like open.
Anyway, put the mascara on now, you just tip your head back. You can go front to tip and with glasses you don’t want too much mascara, you want to keep the lashes nice and soft, so when you are going to put one quote on, you are not going to put much on. So, you have back again, do this same on this side and put a little bit on lower lash line. Again, not too much, because we don’t want to look too harsh, because anything when you wear glasses it will reflect it all, that’s why shimmery, too much shimmer isn’t good. So, I just keep things much, if you can. You can use any vibrant color you want. Just try and go from a mat or shier kind of effect. It all helps, now where is that little brush, I am going to show you a trick, something I had a look at and I love it. This one here is #3, take my little stipple brush, dip it into a little bit, you get lots fall out, look at that, so you just want to gently just squib it in swirly motion under your cheek bone, getting come to align and it really does look beautiful. Same on the other side, get them more. It is just doing that, because with cheeks I think it’s of the needles, it got feel very soft, because I felt that about on my tooth where its come out and doesn’t match if you let so, but maybe its up, I don’t know, but its very soft, but its all going to be where its, I don’t mind.
So, that’s that. Now, with some of the lipstick, we are going to be using some like soft and slow, this is the sample I got sent and its lovely. Now just a little bit of that to finish of the look. There you have it, a nice soft neutral look for people who wear glasses. It will not be too reflective and it will just right.

How To Apply Make Up When Wearing Glasses
By admin | September 18, 2008
I already have my foundation powder on, because how you apply it is the same, whether you wear glasses or not. I am just going to apply… concealer now, its basically it’s the same way that you apply concealer when you don’t wear glasses, but I like to use little illuminating concealer, because as you can see what I look like, all right its not very bright circles today, but it can magnify when you are looking through the lens. So, you want to use an illuminating concealer, just look for the word illuminating on the label. This one is at your skin, a radiant booster pen which I really like, but it’s kind of expensive, so you go to the drug store, just look for illuminating concealer. I just want to put it right under your eyes and in dark spot right here, right under and then right in the corner here. You don’t need a lot with illuminating, it not going to give you any color, it just puts a little bit of top of the makeup, and that’s the way it is, so too light reflecting so that it looks lighter. When the light bounces off the area, it got to be looking darker. So, I think I am doing this properly, I can’t see, because I don’t wear my glasses. There you go, yeah. This side looks much better than this side. So, you can still see the darkness, with the light reflection, I don’t know if you can see it, I can’t see anything, but this side the light is reflecting right off, which is exactly what we want. So, we have got our concealer on and to the eyes illuminating.
Now we are going to work on the brows, because your brow an important feature when you are wearing glasses, because they usually top your glasses, so you want you brows to be in good shape. So, you are going to comb them, I am going to comb hair with them and you going to fill them in with a pencil or a brow powder or a gel, whatever you like to use. I am just going to fill mine with the slash box brow. I guess you come with a little bit of shimmer, not necessarily sparkle, just shimmer, just to kind of light up behind the glasses and they usually just use mid tone eye-shadow. I am going to using the benefit cream shadow liner, which is from their spring wedding. Of course it sort of just like dusty rose color. I am going to use it, try it, I attempt that without seeing what I am doing, so I am just using a cream brush, you can use your finger if you want. You can use really close to the mirror. We don’t have your glasses or contacts. You just put all over the and then I am just going to blend it with my finger, blend it up… so there we go and do the same thing on the other side. Applying shadow when you can’t see what you are doing, I think important really go close into the mirror and make sure that you have applied it right along the lash line, because lot of times after that I got like a big spot missing and I go back in with my brush or with the powder or whatever you are using. Make sure that you got right along the lash, now because it’s really easy to sort of hide those skipped marks where you… you are doing, because you can’t see. So, there we go, there is the eye-shadow.
Now I am just going to put on mascara, I am just going to do the same way. Really, really, really close to the mirror. You don’t want to get your lashes too long, because it might can hit your glasses, depending on how long your lashes are. So, just put on some… a medium amount of mascara, you don’t need to wan that up too much, because the glasses are still going to magnify those lashes. Okay, I just need to add… just a little bit more lightness under my eye. It still a little bit dark, so I am just going to use which is a MAC pigment in vanilla, you can use any shimmery powder shadow that you want. I can put on with an eyeliner brush. Again going very close to mirror, it’s just because I have some darkness going on today. I just want to make it up under my eye. I am just putting it in the inner corner here and so that go along the lash and so I hope this is working out for me, but I can’t see it. It looks all right.
Right, so I put on my glasses again. Yeah, that’s better, because there were still some darkness, I just added a little bit underneath and it just sort of lifts the whole area and you don’t need lot of eyeliner when you are wearing your glasses, because that can magnify, but if you are going out at night, you might want add some, but for the day time just mid tone eye-shadow have to degrease mascara and if you needed a little bit of lighter sparkle under the eye to lift and brighten and there you go, there is our quick, easy how to apply makeup for glasses or contact lenses.

Eyeglasses and Make Up
By admin | September 18, 2008
Hi guys, I just found a tutorial for this work. This is a look that’s great to wear when you are wearing your glasses, eyeglasses and even contact lenses. It’s not how you see, so don’t like you are…ahh I don’t know, some times when I wear my eye glasses I feel like my makeup is just a little too much and then also it doesn’t look like too much. I notice that lot of times when I wear brightly colored lash out in the dark, I may glow when I wear my glasses on doesn’t workout that great. So, I say go lighter with the makeup, which you can defiantly work color and I say this is a good time to balance by also wearing a bright lip color instead. So, hopefully you guys like this. Hopefully, you will get some thing out of it and I will see you guys later, right.
Okay, so we are going to start with doing things a little bit out of order, I have already applied my primary lotion and next I am going to apply eyeliner. I am using MAC, well include mine, but I will just not duplicate, but alternative product in the information box. So I am applying this partially with my eye little bit open at first to get an idea, although it look like with my eye open. This is something I likely able to do, because of the angle of my mirror, but you can do with nearly close your eyes, put it on… put on your eyeliner however you are comfortable pretty much, but make sure just how I am doing it. This brush that I am using is actually a low corneal brush. You know how they got funky, glittery handle. It is actually some of the first brush as I ever bought for cosmetic use and I bought these couple of years back, it came like five a pack, I really like them. So, it’s basically about half an inch long and it’s great, it gives you a nice line when you are doing, when you are working with gel or cream liner. What I did is I brought that line pretty much straight out. I extended it from about the pupal over, then I started to bring it up, but I didn’t give it like wing end, even though when my eyes open, I has this very spite wing, but just kind of drew straight line up and on the other side more of the same.
I started from the middle and work my way to the inner corner and then I worked my way back to the outer corner. Okay, now that you cut your eyeliner on, we are going to go ahead and apply a little bit more colored look. I am going to be using some of my reducer this makeup, but so for you to use anything that you like. A good replacement for this color would be MAC electric hue, which indicate peace, that is just pretty much in bright blue and again, I am using about… I didn’t actually mention the color, medusas makeup, blue ball which who doesn’t know that name, so. What I do… I will show you the different color. I keep it over like this, bright side up, up side down kind of tap some into the lid and then tap it back down, so I open it up, which doesn’t go everywhere and then I use the colors that’s actually in the little lid there.
All right, so get a brush and tap that on to the color and then tap the excess off. So, we are going to apply this. I am sorry the brush that I am using is the MAC 275. I am just going to color for either side. On my brush, the focus for this is to blend down, not up. So, if you want a little bit of definition you can take a light brown color or dark brown color and taking a light brown, little bit of glitter from our indica called chopper, tap off the excess off and… from the brush and apply that very, very lightly just above the blue.
Okay, so now time for mascara. This is may go into final lash. And if you like me you can get mascara on here something, just let it dry and then you move it when you are done, okay? Hope you guys liked it. Have a good time, bye.

Contact Lenses Removing
By admin | September 12, 2008
Im going to explain how to remove your contact lenses.
First I am going to read you the instructions. I have a on the upper of this box thing and just I so you know, easy obviously expect that kind of a way, two of express large bottle of solution that have that’s 55 milliliters each. Okay, I have medium bottle, there is only one and that’s 20 milliliters. Just teeny tiny contact lens, now these are like perfect for your lockers. So, I sometimes keep one in my locker and there is some later. They are also come with… like there is two, yeah, two contact lens keeper. I don’t where I got them before. Yeah, I have two more. I don’t where I got those from. Okay, sure I am wondering. I am suing Ultraflex to because that’s the brand of contact lenses I use. These are a little bit more expensive, so, but these are great, because if you forget to take your contact out for some reason then that’s no problem, while you have to take it out like when as soon as possible, so. So did you had to take it out your lens. Sorry, I am getting really, really quite, because of my mom. Okay, whatever. Okay, moving your lens. Make sure the lens is centered on your eye, okay. Pull down your lower eyelid with the middle finger of your inserting hand and look up and for me, I am not going to need that, that’s how I do it. My doctor show me at it different way, okay. So the same thing, just use the middle finger of your inserting hand and the same opposite hand, middle finger and just take these two fingers and you might end finger it and soft pinch to get out. Not really pinch it out, but like sort of more so. Don’t actually pinch it. You sure know how to pinch it. Just seeing them on, sorry ladies, okay, so hand to hand and just look straight, relax and the way I do it, I usually take it out, I start from like not really the center, because when you don’t get a good grip. You go out to the side and just bring in two fingers together, close it and pull it out. You feel it. Don’t worry, it doesn’t hurt. Don’t get frustrated, if it doesn’t come out, just practice, okay.
So, put in your contact in case, so pin you need. Put it and take your solution and fill it up so that way it just covers your contacts, why doesn’t my contact open up? Okay, there you go and that’s it. Okay, so hope this helped, this was good for you. I think that’s all, okay, thanks for watching that.
